1. Change and returns

We at Future2green strive to keep all our customers happy and satisfied. There is, however, always a possibility that an item does not meet the customers expectations.
If this is the case, or if it turns out you have ordered the wrong parts, we offer a 14 day return policy.

Upon returning items the customer will have to pay the shipping costs. If a mistake was made on our part, Future2green will pay for the shipping costs.
We will try to refund the money to the customers account within 7 days (max. 30 days).

2. What products do we don't accept to change or return?

We cannot accept change or return if the products are used.

3. How does the refund work?

We will refund the purchase price within 30 days on your bank account. This period begins at the time that we receive your package.
We strive to refund the purchase price within 7 days.

4. How can I change a product?

To change product(s), you have to use the following form: Download Puchshop_Returnform_ENG.pdf (428 kB)

Fill out the return form completely, print the form and include it in the package. With this form we know what to do when we recieve your package.
As soon as we receive your package, we will process it and ship your new product(s).
We will contact you when the package is received by us and if the new product(s) are in shipped.

5. How can I return a product?

As soon as we receive your package, we will process it. We will contact you when we have recieved your package and if the payment is returned.
